These directories contain written material (published, tech eports,
for review etc.) by members of ECA.  Several programs, including our
web pages, depend on the naming conventions and directory contents
here, so it is important to follow.  Gregor also likes to depend on
being able to find stuff here if he needs it in a hurry!

Each directory should contain:

  for-printing.ps  Postcript source for the thing

  for-emailing     uuencoded compressed version of xxx.ps
                   (optional if you don't want papers being sent out)

  ...              As many of the sources for the document as possible
                   don't archive draft versions here, just put what
                   made the xxx.ps file above here.
