This site provides a demonstration of automatically annotated mass spectra for glycans. The annotation software (Cartoonist) is written by David Goldberg, and the viewer (PMSV) is written by Russ Atkinson, both of the Computer Science Laboratory at PARC (Palo Alto Research Center, Inc).

The initial download may take about 10-20 seconds, depending on computer and connection speed. When PMSV is started it will load the first file automatically, which may take another 10-20 seconds.
Additional examples can be chosen by using the File->choose menu.
To zoom in on a portion of the spectrum, click-drag to select a region. To undo the zoom, type the Escape (ESC) key.
To see the associated CarbBank entries for a cartoon, control-click the cartoon (command-click on a Mac). To expand an entry from the resulting list, click on it (a click on the expanded version will revert to the compact form).
