Jim's References from LISA '03

LISA '03 was a great conference despite the smoke.  I was delighted to see the strong
interest, debate, development, and even theoretical work on configuration management.
It was a popular topic addressed by two workshops, a BoF, multiple paper sessions,
and guru talks.
