I am
Research Interests
The goal of my work is to enable systems to accurately determine their state,
to intelligently reason about their diverse capabilities, to adaptively coordinate
their components in the context of dynamic goals, and to robustly control their behavior by using
techniques of the field of artificial intelligence.
My current focus is on the integration of planning, scheduling and diagnosis which we call Pervasive Diagnosis
and on qualitative reasoning for planning systems with faults multiple in number, intermittent in appearance and
potentially caused by hidden component interactions.
