Greetings! I’m from ViệtNam and currently a research staff member of the Embedded Reasoning Area (ERA), Intelligent System Lab (ISL), at Palo Alto Research Center (PARC). The two pictures above are of: my son (Cún) on the right and my daughter (Vịt) on the left.
I'm interested in various topics related to Planning and Scheduling such as:
- Planning with resource and temporal constraints,
- Over-subscription planning, multi-objective planning, planning with preferences,
- Planning as CSP/SAT/ILP,
- Online planning, replanning, and interleaving planning and execution (also: planning & control?),
- Heuristic in planning,
- Search (recently, after spending extended time with great search people in my group)
A couple of topics that I want to have a better understanding:
- Probabilistic reasoning,
- Machine learning
- Control theory
- Diagnostics
