    0. These binary files (ffreplan, ff) are compiled for Linux system, written in Scheme and converted to binary using QobiScheme-to-C

    1. Run mdpsim program on some host machine
    2. Download all the above files
    3. Try the following command

    Command: ffreplan -alloutcome-replan bw-c-pc-8.pddl

    -hname ipaddress -iport portnumber, to set ipaddress and portnumber if they are not localhost and 2323
