 1) To run ACH, you will need version 1.4.2 or later of Java.  You can 
    get it free from Sun at http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

 2) Install the ACH program itself using one of these options:

    o For Windows - download and run the Windows EXE installer

    o For Any Other Platform - download and run the Webstart JNLP file 
        or download and run the executable JAR file 


You will also need to replace the content of

 To Run ACH:

 o If you used the Windows EXE installer
   - Double click the ACH icon on the desktop or on the Start Menu

 o If you used Java Web Start
   - Double click the ACH icon on the desktop or on the Start Menu

   - Double click the downloaded Jar File or run via the command
     line with "java -jar ach.jar"
